That is the question you are probably asking yourself. Of course you can get some of the informations listed on my posts on the official website, but most of the time they are unclear and some of it don't appear. But still, I will assume that you can find the general informations about the game and directly focus on helping you with what does not appear on the website.
Of course, you can quest to get from level 1 to 351 but another way to gain a lot of experience exists. It is an event that the Game Masters (GMs) made to help the lower levels and the new players to grow to an advanced level fastly. It is called The Battle of Noobs. This event is held at 05:00, 11:00, 17:00 and 23:00 game time (press insert in-game to see game time). Also, you should not forget that there are no 05:00 game time Battle of Noobs on tuesday since its during the official server maintenance, which is from 04:00 to 08:00 game time. The mecanics of the events are the following. There are three sections for the mortals : level 1-255, level 256-351 and level 355-399, and also bears a God division, for levels 1-100 and 101-200, which will get 100mil and 200mil experience to the winner. You should also note that you will only be declared winner if the rules are respected : No naidas, no circlet, no sephira ressurect skill or Bless Revival, no relocation or summoning (foema skill) are allowed. Also, you can only be declared winner if you are the last and the ONLY man standing at the end of the 5 minutes of fighting allowed. Though, the ancient weapons, noob sets and soul buff are all allowed. The GM will summon you in the arena (armia PK) if you get near and put as a tab your level section.
Battle of noobs can often look like a real war, since there are strategies, it's free for all, there's no pity for anyone in the fight arena, etc.Strategy 1: When you are summoned, you should find a party but it wont help much, since the event is free for all. Lets say your party is the winner, when all the other parties will be dead, the leader (prolly the strongest in the party) will just leave its own party and betray all the rest. So, here's the pro tips. Firstly, lets say you plan on leveling a char from 1-255. You should firstly find a friend that has a hunter level 255 (or make one and ask a friend to use it just for the event) that uses a noob pack to help you, since hunters are the best for this event. Why? Simply because a pure dexterity hunter will easily defeat any enemy because of its high damage and critical, because its using noob set. But you will have no health for the fight! No problem, you just need to get soul of limits** on the hunter and the job is done! You will have 2k strenght, full dexterity and 10k hp, litterally unkillable. You should also get soul on the character you want to win the event with, and he just sits in a corner while the hunter kills everyone in the arena (don't forget to buy a lot of potions before the fight and set auto potion to 90%). Also, since the hunter has a spell called immunity, she wont get pot blocked so she will last until she has no more potions. As soon as everyone, but your new character that you want to win the event with and the hunter, are dead, you just have to tell your friend using the hunter to log off the char, and you are the winner. You will get 300mil experience for first division, 500mil for second and 700mil for third.
Strategy 2 (first division) : If you have a character level 255 that is well known or that look strong, you should try to lead a party. You should be in the server where BoN will be held (always the hot server) way before it starts and party all the people of your division that looks strong. The best party that you should try to have would be with at least two foemas pot blockers and one MK that has pull skill (if you can't lead a party, try to be in the strongest one). Before it starts, be sure to put normal chat and PM off, so that you don't get disturbed. Stay in a corner with your team and with PK off, with around 500 pots in your inventory and auto potion set at 90%. Then, when it starts, advance with your team to another party, and kill the strongest chars first (the leader, the MKs and HTs), but be sure that noone of your team gets away, otherwise he surely is dead. As soon as someone passes by, the MK in your team should pull him, while a foema pot blocks that character and everyone else attacks. He should die in less than a sec. If its a hunter with immunity spell, no problem. Just follow the plan, and right after he gets pot blocked the first time, he will have no immunity shield, so the other foema pot blocks him again and he is under the negative buff. When everyone else is down, your party leader should be kicking the people one by one, while the rest of the team attack that guy kicked. There, you will have two choices. Either you will have negotiated with the leader and found the guy that would win this BoN, or, when he kicks someone and everyone else is busy killing that guy, you leave the party and kill the leader. After the leader down, you should be able to kill the rest relatively easily. But whatever startegy you choose, you should always have buff soul, since without it you stand no chance.
Now, which char to do BoN with? You can kinda do it with any char, as long as it is well built. Don't forget that when you have soul, your intelligence and strenght automatically goes to 2k, whatever it was, and you get 10k hp.
In case you go for a transknight class, I strongly recommend that you pick FK (faith knight, he uses spells from Faith mastery). They are amazingly strong since they have spells which deals alot of damage, while having HP and regeneration buffs in the same mastery, and lure, which is needed in the first strategy.
If you choose to go for a beastmaster, you should go for a nature. Because it has boosted defense, citical and resistance with his last skill. With the spare skill points, you should try to go for elemental protector to have even more def, and waste to reduce your opponant's attack. A summoning Beastmaster would be useless since the party will almost always be full of people, and a magic Beastmaster isn't that useful without the summons.
And if i want a foema? You should immediatly go for special. A blood foema would be useless since its 500 heal won't do a big difference to the people using soul that have 10k hp, and since it can't use its last skill. Also, a black foema wouldn't be a good idea because you wont have enough skill points to buy Skill mastery buff, defense buff and cure skill, which greatly reduces the power and the resistance of the foema, and of the whole party. With your special foema, you should get cure to remove the bad buffs from you and your party mates, while cancelling people, which leads to almost certain death, and having a nice attack power with a bow or swords.
Finally, Hunter is far the best character to choose for battle of noobs. Because firstly, with a noob pack she will have increased critical and damage, as long with alot of AD while still having 10k HP because of the Soul buff, so theres absolutely no waste. Also, since nowadays the dexterity adds damage, not only you will get around 50% critical, but you will also reach unbelivable attack speed and incredible damage. But also, the rapid hit permits to 1 hit almost anyone, even if he has Soul of limits, when well used.
With all these informations, you should easily be able to master the Battle of Noobs event!
Happy fighting, and thanks for reading my blog!
